Per lo sviluppo della nostra Business Unit Oil&Gas, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Stagista Project Coordinator da inserire nel team.

Attività

Farai parte del team Oil&Gas, operando a supporto del Business nella gestione e nel coordinamento delle attività di ispezione ed expediting.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• Analizzare e gestire le richieste dei clienti, con attenzione agli accordi in essere per le attività di ispezione ed expediting.
• Identificare e selezionare le risorse interne/esterne (ispettori) che soddisfino i requisiti tecnici e temporali richiesti dal cliente.
• Verificare l'andamento delle attività ispettive, assicurandoti che venga prodotta tutta la documentazione necessaria (in particolare i report) per il successivo invio al cliente.
• Gestire i timesheet dei collaboratori.

Requisiti

• Ottimo livello di inglese (B2 o superiore)
• Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità
• Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
• Approccio metodico, preciso e orientato al problem solving
• Spirito di squadra e orientamento al cliente

Cosa Offriamo

• Stage della durata di 6 mesi.
• Rimborso spese: €800/mese.
• Ticket restaurant: €7/giorno.
• Orario flessibile in base alle esigenze di business.
