To strengthen our Global Program Management Office (PMO), we are looking for a motivated and digitally minded Working Student / Intern Global PMO (m/f/d) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in project management, digital tools, data analytics, and process improvement within an international environment.
Operational Support
- Support the administration, maintenance, and user management of the PMO software landscape, including Smartsheet.
- Assist with system housekeeping activities, data quality reviews, issue tracking, and testing activities.
- Help implement and maintain templates, dashboards, forms, and automated workflows.
- Prepare recurring PMO reports, KPI analyses, management presentations, and portfolio dashboards.
- Maintain PMO templates, user guides, training materials, process documentation, and intranet content.
- Support meeting preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and stakeholder follow-up activities.
Strategic & Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Contribute to the further development and digitalization of the Global PMO.
- Support global process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that enhance project governance and reporting.
- Help identify opportunities to improve data transparency, user experience, and reporting efficiency.
To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar digital tools is considered an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
