Riverty is a fintech company within the Bertelsmann Group with more than 4,000 people across almost 80 nationalities and 11 countries. The company provides payment and financial-management solutions and supports people and businesses with flexible payment options and debt-management services.
The working student supports the Quality Management team for approximately 15–20 hours per week. Responsibilities include organisational and administrative support for projects and day-to-day operations, preparing presentations, meeting minutes and reports, and acting as a coordination interface between central departments, specialist teams, software development and external service providers.
The role also involves collecting quality-related data, analysing it and preparing it for different audiences, developing initial concepts for strategic projects, and supporting training sessions for managers and employees.
Candidates should be in an advanced stage of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree with a business or information-technology focus. The company is looking for someone organised who can independently learn new topics and demonstrate initiative, service orientation, communication skills and reliability. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are required. Very good German and English skills are expected, along with an interest in interdisciplinary collaboration.
