Key Responsibilities
Research Support
Assist with research projects related to:
- Leadership and representation
- Corporate governance
- Workplace equality
- Access to board and executive positions
- Diversity and organizational performance
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting research using academic and professional sources
- Supporting report writing, data collection, and analysis
- Preparing summaries, presentations, and research materials
Events & Institutional Activities
Support the preparation and coordination of:
- Roundtables
- Conferences
- Workshops
- Networking events
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with agendas, invitations, and speaker coordination
- Preparing event materials and attendance lists
- Supporting post-event reporting and follow-up activities
Training Programs & Workshops
- Assist with leadership and governance training programs
- Support presentation preparation and learning materials
- Coordinate sessions and participant follow-up
- Contribute to workshop content development

Requirements
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English
- Ability to work with reports, academic sources, and data
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms
- Knowledge of AI tools, Canva, PowerPoint, or basic data analysis is considered an advantage
