This position reports to Regulatory Affairs Specialist and is based at Rome.

What You Will Do

The Regulatory Affairs Intern is responsible for providing support in daily regulatory activities to ensure compliance with the lifecycle of medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics in accordance with national and European legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • preparation of registration applications and variations for medicinal products according to national, mutual recognition and decentralized procedures;
  • Monitor of the Italian Official Journal and updates in Italian and European legislation;
  • Preparation/Finalization of advertising submissions to HA for medicinal products (OTC/SOP) and medical devices;
  • maintain administrative compliance of Italian products in Company database;
  • Labelling management/Artworks changes check.

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Master's degree or be undergraduates in a scientific university course such as Biomedical Engineering, CTF, Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry;
  • Proficiency in Italian language;
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to interact in a multi-department and dynamic environment;
  • Good skills of archiving, ownership and accountability.
