We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Intern to join our international Operations team. In this role, you will support the daily coordination of logistics operations, inventory management and data administration, helping ensure accurate information, efficient product flows and smooth communication with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations, import/export processes and inventory management within a fast-paced international FMCG company, while developing the skills needed for a successful career in Operations and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and follow-up of international logistics operations, ensuring the timely movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses.
- Assist in the management and tracking of sea containers, monitoring shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Support inventory control activities, helping maintain accurate stock levels and identifying discrepancies.
- Collaborate in import and export processes by preparing, reviewing and organizing shipping and customs documentation.
- Maintain and update logistics data, ERP information and operational reports to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
- Provide operational support to the Operations & Logistics team, collaborating with internal departments and external logistics partners while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Requisitos:
Qualifications:
- University degree in ADE, Operations, Logistics, International Markets, or similar.
- Some experience in logistics will be valuable.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting processes and ERP systems (SAP, SAP Business, SAP S4 Hana, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- High level of Spanish and Medium level of English (for communication with HK).
- Analytical skills, organization, and results-oriented mindset.
