The Opportunity

Are you passionate about beauty, innovation, and digital trends? We are looking for talented, dynamic, and ambitious students and recent graduates to join us for a 6-month internship starting in November 2026.

Opportunities will be available across all our divisions (Luxury, Consumer Products, Professional Products, and Dermatological Beauty) in the following areas:

• Marketing: Product management, trade marketing, and strategic brand development.
• Digital: E-commerce, social media, CRM, and digital campaign management.
• Communication: PR, corporate communications, influencer marketing, and event coordination.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Master’s degree student or recent graduate in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Digital, Engineering, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong analytical and creative mindset, project management skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Language: Fluency in Italian and English
