As an IT Student Assistant at Weco Shipping, you will be the go-to person for IT at our Rungsted office. You will have a high degree of independence and responsibility, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of IT areas. Working closely with colleagues both in-house and abroad, as well as our external IT consultants, you will play an important role in keeping our IT environment running smoothly and supporting its continued development. We use the Microsoft platform and are well on our way to moving our remaining services to the cloud.

You can expect a busy and varied workday, with plenty of opportunities to learn, take ownership and make a real impact.

YOUR TASKS INCLUDE

• Helping colleagues with day-to-day IT issues.
• Managing our Microsoft tenant, including users, licences and security access.
• Purchasing and maintaining IT equipment.
• Checking monthly invoices from our IT suppliers.
• Participating in our cloud projects.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Studying an IT-related programme.
• A good flair for IT and a natural curiosity to learn.
• Eager to learn tenant operations from the ground up.
• Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions independently.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work approx. 20 hours a week from our Rungsted office.
• You are a team player – respectful, outgoing and willing to lend a helping hand.
• Experience with AI tools, Entra ID, Intune or the M365 Admin Centres is a plus, but not a requirement.
