Kick-start your career in IT risk and governance with an internship in our European Internal Control organization. You will gain hands-on experience with IT controls, governance, automated monitoring and GRC tooling in an international business environment.
You will work closely with Internal Control, IT and other stakeholders across Europe. We look forward to sharing our knowledge and supporting your development while giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects.

What will you do?
- Support data uploads and the maintenance of Refresco’s GRC tooling
- Help monitor quarterly IT control assessments
- Contribute to the development of automated control-monitoring routines
- Support the investigation and resolution of Segregation of Duties conflicts
- Explore how AI can be applied within IT Control
- Help improve documentation, data quality and reporting
- Work closely with colleagues from Internal Control, IT and other business functions
- Learn how IT risks and controls are managed within an international organization
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic student with the following background and qualities:
- Currently pursuing a WO bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Information Management, Econometrics, Information Technology or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Interested in IT governance, data, risk management and internal controls Analytical and comfortable working with systems and datasets
- Hands-on, proactive and eager to learn
- Accurate, structured and able to communicate clearly
- Excited to work in a dynamic, international organization
- Available 4–5 days per week for at least six months
