About the role

As a Finance FP&A & CFC Controlling Intern, you will support the Regional Finance team in analyzing business performance, monitoring costs, and providing insights that will help drive decision-making. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Controlling, and Business Performance Management while working closely with experienced finance professionals.

Your responsibilities

• Support the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual P&L reports.
• Analyse business performance, identifying key trends in revenues, margins, and profitability.
• Assist in the monthly closing and planning process for commercial fixed costs across the Region.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial stakeholders across different countries within the Region.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and business cases.

The experience we're looking for

• Master's degree or final-year student in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent English
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Interest in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve analysis, reporting, and productivity is highly appreciated.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or other data visualization and planning tools is a plus.

• Practical experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Cost Controlling.

• Greater autonomy in identifying insights and proposing actions to improve business performance.
