A glimpse into the role

As an SEO/GEO & Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll become part of our five-person Marketing team and contribute to a project focused on strengthening DESMI’s digital visibility.

Your Role Will Mainly Revolve Around

• SEO & content: Analyze and optimize website content, pages, metadata, and structure.
• Keywords & search intent: Identify relevant topics, keywords, and search behavior.
• GEO: Explore how DESMI can become more visible and relevant across AI-powered search platforms.
• Research: Investigate how DESMI and our products are found through traditional and AI-based search.
• Content creation: Develop and optimize new content.
• Website optimization: Work with internal linking, technical SEO, and our Umbraco CMS.
• Performance: Analyze and follow up on the impact of our activities.
• Collaboration : Work with colleagues across Marketing on digital marketing, content, and web.

Depending on your interests, you may have the opportunity to work more deeply with the technical, analytical, or communicative aspects of the project.

We’re looking for a curious and motivated student who wants to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and contribute to a project with real business impact.

Your specific field of study is not important. You could, for example, be studying:

• Communication or Digital Communication, Marketing or International Marketing
• Digital Marketing or E-commerce
• Web, Digital Media, or Digital Concept Development
• IT or another relevant degree focused on web and digital solutions

You don’t need to be an expert in SEO, GEO, or Umbraco. What matters most is your interest in the field and your motivation to learn.

You’ll have your own focus area within the SEO/GEO project while gaining hands-on experience across digital marketing, content, and web. You’ll help strengthen DESMI’s visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.
