Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:
Intern in Fuel Accounts Payable Team
Type of Employment: Temporary position for 6 months
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
What You'll Do
- Support fuel invoice processing and matching invoices with purchase orders;
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and accounting-related issues;
- Participate in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations;
- Gain practical insight into Fuel Accounting processes;
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues across the Finance team.
What You'll Need
- To be a student in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Interest in building a career in Finance and Accounting;
- Fluency in English (to communicate with colleagues in Europe) and Latvian, both written and spoken;
- Basic proficiency with MS Office tools;
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team;
- Motivation to learn and improve in a dynamic environment.
