Responsibilities

We are looking for an Intern, Business Analytics (all genders) to support data reporting tasks for the Marketing department and assist with other Marketing Operations tasks and projects, as necessary. In this role, you will be part of a team that works together to maintain TeamViewer’s marketing systems and provide accurate and actionable insights into the performance of our marketing outreach.

• Build familiarity with TeamViewer data architecture
• Understand key business metrics and terms
• Refine and monitor performance reports, forecasts, and statistical models
• Data quality validation & identification of discovered issues
• Maintain documentation for datasets, metrics, and reports
• Ad hoc creation of datasets and reports as appropriate
• Collaboration on interdepartmental teams in multiple time zones
• Work with automation and AI
• Potential work on customer segmentation and account-based marketing

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of computer science, data science, business, marketing, finance, economics, or any other related field
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English language
• Comfortable working with others in virtual meetings
• Comfortable critically thinking and analyzing root causes of trends and unusual datapoints (Root Cause Analysis)
• Detail oriented approach
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
• Hands on experience with AI automation is a plus
• Experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:
  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract
  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract
  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
