Your role in our shared journey

As a Human Resources Trainee, you will follow a learning path where you will learn by doing, collaborating with the Iberia Human Resources team, and gaining hands-on experience across both Wholesale and Retail channels.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Support in Administration (support to the European HQ with new joiners, leavers, contract modification…)
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Retail and Wholesale positions.
• Support Health & Safety initiatives and administrative processes.
• Provide support in the coordination of local benefits.
• Provide support across various HR projects and initiatives.

You Have The Following Experience And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligible to be hired under a Spanish "Contrato en Prácticas" (candidates must have graduated within the last three years).
• Previous experience in an HR department (minimum 6 months)
• Available to start in September 2026.
• Available to work full-time.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about sports and living an active lifestyle.
• Microsoft Office skills
• Organized and rigorous.
• Communication skills
