Human Resources (HR)
Keyrus is a consulting and technology company focused on data, digital transformation and performance management. The HR intern works alongside the Human Resources and Recruitment teams and supports the implementation of HR strategy and initiatives.
The role covers training and development, recruitment, employee onboarding, employer branding, communications and HR projects. Responsibilities include analysing training requests; booking internal and external training; managing training subsidies; arranging travel and accommodation where required; preparing onboarding for new employees; learning sourcing techniques for technology and consulting candidates; using the tracking system, job boards and creative sourcing methods; working with senior leaders to understand recruitment needs; creating and publishing job descriptions and managing candidate responses; supporting HR and Talent Acquisition communications on social media; maintaining website content; helping organise HR events, trainings, job fairs, university days and networking events; and supporting strategic HR and TA projects.
Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business, HR, psychology or a related field, at a Belgian school. Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is essential. The company seeks someone organised, autonomous, communicative, curious about technology and HR trends, able to produce clear and accurate content, and interested in social media and employee/candidate communications.
The internship is unpaid and intended for students completing an academic programme. Keyrus offers coaching, training, access to its digital learning platform, a dedicated coach and development opportunities. A mileage allowance may be agreed for commuting. The role is hybrid in Brussels.
