GTM & Ops Intern
About Papayadash
Papayadash is building the intelligence layer for the fleet industry. Our AI-powered platform helps fleet operators centralise their data, lower total cost of ownership, maximise uptime, and accelerate the transition to electric vehicles. We're an early-stage startup moving fast — backed by industry leaders across Europe and headquartered at Norrsken House, Barcelona.
Our mission: enable smarter, cleaner fleets with AI-powered copilots that simplify operations and drive measurable impact at scale.
The Role
You'll work directly alongside our Chief of Staff at the centre of the business, touching everything from sales pipeline support and market research to process improvement and day-to-day business coordination. This is a high-exposure role at a fast-moving AI startup: expect live sales pipeline support, hands-on process work, and real projects with real visibility from week one.
It will be a good fit if you are:
Curious: you're always looking to explore and learn before making assumptions
Responsible: you take things seriously and aren't afraid of ownership
Organised: you manage multiple tasks without letting details slip
Communicative: you're transparent, share context early, and keep people in the loop
Collaborative: you're a team player who lifts others up
