We have been building our Group Business and Marketing team and we are looking for support to work on some of our exciting projects. Our projects and tasks vary considerably, so this is an amazing chance to involve yourself in several areas of the business.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Corporate Development Intern. This entry-level position is for students interested in corporate strategy, AI, and analysis, and is open to current students in Norway who are enrolled in a master’s degree program.
The role is based at our headquarters in Oslo (Skøyen), and this will be the primary work location. This a flexible position assumed to fill one day a week (20 %) with flexibility during vacations and exam periods. The role will report to the Strategy Manager and will work closely with the Chief Business & Marketing Officer, and members of the Extended Leadership Team globally.
What you'll do
- Conduct market research/analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Run automation of strategic analyses using AI.
- Explore and suggest further opportunities for increasing value generation and adoption of AI in the team.
- Assist in execution of group strategy and business development projects.
- Help prepare and run internal improvement projects.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Who you are
- Currently enrolled in a master's program in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with strong academic results so far.
- Experience using AI tools, including developing AI agents, and curiosity and engagement to increase adoption of AI tools in the team.
- Strategic and analytical mindset while also being comfortable taking initiative to drive progress of deliverables.
- Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi is a plus, but what’s more important is the desire to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably a Scandinavian language.
- The right to live and work in Norway.
