Every day, students from 175 nationalities book over 5000 nights across 33 cities on uniplaces.com.

Our diverse team, representing 14 nationalities and speaking 6 languages, is dedicated to improving the student and landlord experience. We aim to make finding a room as easy as booking a flight.

Bookings Agent Intern!

As a Bookings Agent Intern, you will support students throughout their accommodation booking journey, helping them find suitable housing solutions while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

You will work closely with internal teams in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to booking operations and supporting the customer journey from initial inquiry through to confirmed reservation.

In this role, you will handle inquiries from students around the world, using strong communication skills to guide them through the booking process in a clear and supportive way.

Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and helping students make informed decisions that lead to successful bookings.

What makes the ideal candidate?

• Outstanding Communication Skills: You’re comfortable engaging with people, ensuring they feel supported while confidently guiding them to complete their bookings by presenting our booking process in a clear and compelling way.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish are required. Proficiency in Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
• Organised and Assist Customer Support: You bring strong organisational skills and a natural ability to support booking completion.
• Reliable Team Player: You possess a trustful, helpful, and responsible attitude, enabling seamless collaboration with both the team and customers.

Important Details

• This is a remote-based role.
• Internship contract with a duration of 6 months.
• Includes an internship grant + meal allowance.
• Requires availability of 40H per week.
