What We're Looking For
You don't need professional Android experience to apply. What matters is that you've already shown an interest in mobile development and want to turn that curiosity into a career.
Maybe you've followed a Kotlin course, built a small app or simply spent time understanding how Android apps are built. We care about initiative and willingness to learn.
You should have:
What you'll learn
Over six months, you'll become part of our Android team and contribute to real products from your first weeks.
You'll learn how to:
How it works
Stage 1 (Months 1–3)
You'll learn our development workflow, tools, and codebase while working on real features with the support of your mentor.
Checkpoint
After three months, we'll review your progress together and decide whether to continue into the second stage.
Stage 2 (Months 4–6)
You'll take ownership of increasingly complex tasks, become more independent, and gain a clearer picture of what a long-term role at Agile Freaks looks like.
If things go well, we're happy to continue working together beyond the internship.
