Working Student - Service Product Management

As a Working Student in Service Product Management, you will support the Contracts & Concepts team in managing and developing service products for Nordex customers worldwide. You will contribute to the development of new service concepts, digitalization initiatives, and process improvements across the service portfolio. The role combines product management, contract-related activities, and innovation topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) in an international environment.

YOUR TASKS

• You support the day-to-day operations of Service Product Management and the administration of the service product portfolio
• You contribute to the development of new service concepts from the idea stage through to market launch activities
• You create and support product presentations, workshops, internal training materials, and communication formats
• You identify optimization opportunities within existing service products and contracts and support Service Sales activities
• You support the development of internal tools, documentation, and processes required for successful product delivery
• You identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven improvements within product management, contract management, and related processes
• You support the planning, communication, and follow-up of workshops, meetings, and team events

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Management, Business Administration, Science, or a comparable field
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• You possess strong analytical skills and are able to structure complex topics in a clear and detail-oriented manner
• You have a structured working style and enjoy taking ownership of tasks while collaborating with international stakeholders
• You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), digitalization, and process improvement, ideally supported by initial practical experience
• You are fluent in English, while German and/or Spanish language skills are considered an advantage
• You live in the Hamburg area and are able to work on-site, with remote work possible when required
